Model History

The Jaguar C-Type is a racing sports car built by Jaguar and sold from 1951 to 1953. The "C" designation stood for "competition", and the car is also called the Jaguar XK120-C.

The car used the running gear of the contemporary standard XK120 in a sporty lightweight tubular frame and beautiful aerodynamic aluminium body. A total of only 55 C-Types were built wich makes this a very desirable car.

This car has been widely on media display, as #1 opening car, namely in Portuguese “Circuito da Boavista”, WTCC and Racing Classics Circuit.

Interior & Equipment

The sports racing seats interior was completely hand crafted to original design. A dedicated craftsman with more than 6 decades of car upholstery restoration experience was responsible for this task. The seat frames were also fully hand-built.

All the gauges are in perfect working condition and are all from the original time period. The iconic windshield was custom molded to age design and specs.

Exterior

The bodywork is faultless with a Racing Metallic Blue paint finish. Entirely built by hand from top to bottom the aluminum bodywork was tailored over faithful wooden moulds as in the original production line.
